Memorial Point is a 205 acre gated community located on the east side of Lake Livingston in Polk County, Texas. We have 4,000 feet of lakefront property, and our subdivision is divided into 512 lots. Currently our community consists of 115 single family homes, 45 town homes, and 20 condos.
