About Our Community
Memorial Point is a 205 acre gated community located on the east side of Lake Livingston in Polk County, Texas. We have 4000 feet of lake front property and our subdivision is divided into 512 lots. Currently our community consists of 112 single family homes, 45 town homes and 20 condos.
Amenities offered in Memorial Point include:
A two story clubhouse, which the property owners use for social and civic meetings. The clubhouse has a fully equipped kitchen, and two family size guest apartments.
A large swimming pool has a wading area for children.
We also have a private boat launch and picnic and playground area and lighted bulkheads for strolling and night fishing.

Memorial Point Property Owners Association is a non-profit organization composed of everyone who buys a home, lot, town home or condo within Memorial pint Subdivision, and after acquiring title to said property, pays all maintenance fees and or assessments, becomes a member of said Association.
The Property Owners Association has a Board of Directors, which consists of 5 elected property owners. The Property Owners Association meets once annually, but Board Members meet monthly and encourage property owners to attend these meetings.
